ASTRA FOOD AND DRINK in Strong
is awesome! Here is a shot (only 2 months ago!) looking out of
the old building they bought and renovated (with tons of help from
family & friends!). So cool!
ASTRA opened the weekend before last. Their food is fresh,
fun and delicious. The first weekend, they went through 75
pounds of potatoes which were hand peeled, sliced and fried into

painted on barns in Nebraska. We didn't find any!
But I got her interested
in the concept, and look what she made happen at PIONEER BLUFFS on
their historic barn! Yea Susan! And she's got plans for
other barns in the Flint Hills, so keep an eye out!
