Instructions for making a "Baby Toupee" Stack 6 or more folded 1/2 yard cuts of fabric. Cut thin, hair-like sliver, cutting off the pressed folds of the entire stack of fabrics. Pick these up as a group. Grasp and tie a knot in the center. Place on head of baby. Smile. |
