What to do with your "hair" scraps?

Make a "Baby Toupee!"

Charlotte's creation modeled by Alex - who loves to play with scraps!

Instructions for making a "Baby Toupee"

Stack 6 or more folded 1/2 yard cuts of fabric.  Cut thin, hair-like sliver, cutting off the pressed folds of the entire stack of fabrics.   Pick these up as a group.  Grasp and tie a knot in the center.  Place on head of baby.  Smile.

Notice the zip-lock bag of scraps on the left in the background.  This bag could keep Alex entertained as Eleanor and Charlotte  worked on Christmas project during their November visit.
