Our next big holiday involves FOOD, and I'm already "feeling
fat". Why do we have to kick off the season with a holiday
dedicated to candy!?
I heard on the radio
that PUMPKIN is a good source of nutrients and has a lack of
fat. The commentator suggested eating roasted pumpkin drizzled
with maple syrup rather than candy. :)
